What this site collects
ccmdesign.ca is a static marketing site for CCM Design, a studio headquartered in Squamish, British Columbia. The pages you read do not require an account. The site collects personal information only when you send it, or when a production analytics tag records a page view.
The contact form at https://ccmdesign.ca/contact asks for your name, email address, and message. Submitting the form sends those fields to Formspree, which delivers them to hello@ccmdesign.ca. The studio uses that message to reply about the project you described. It is not added to a public directory and it is not sold.
On the production host ccmdesign.ca, the site loads Google Analytics 4 with measurement id G-PWP8CD3WD7. That tag records page views and the usual analytics fields Google attaches to them, such as approximate location, device, and the page path. The tag is not emitted on localhost or on Netlify preview hostnames. You can block it with your browser or with a tracker blocker. The site does not run advertising pixels and does not build a profile to sell to data brokers.
If a newsletter signup is offered, the email address is sent to the studio’s mailing provider so a post can be delivered. You can stop that by using the unsubscribe link in a message or by emailing hello@ccmdesign.ca.
Asking for a copy or deletion
Email hello@ccmdesign.ca to ask what the studio holds about you from the contact form or a newsletter signup, or to ask for it to be deleted. The studio will remove the message or the subscription from its own inbox and tools. Formspree and Google keep their own copies under their policies, and a deletion request here does not automatically erase those. Do not send identity documents in that email. Say which address you used on the form and roughly when you wrote.
